0.75 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz blended Scotch
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
3 coins muddled ginger
0.5 oz honey syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Float “green smoke” (0.25 oz peated scotch with green food dye) atop cocktail by pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
